Really thorough interview and meet with multiple team members including the CEO. They were very careful to give a good opportunity for me to ask them questions, and stated that they felt interviews needed to be a two-way street. I appreciated that each of the interviewers focused on different areas of conversation and didn't force me to repeat myself over and over again. I found their questions to be thought provoking and showed that they really cared about who I was a person, not just the skillset that could be used if hired.
