I interviewed for the Relay Settings & Configuration Engineer entry level position. The process consisted of a single panel interview with three interviewers, including supervisors and a relay settings engineer. The interview was focused entirely on behavioral questions, covering topics such as managing customer expectations, adapting to change, handling constructive feedback, solving problems, and helping or mentoring coworkers. The questions were based on real work situations and gave me the opportunity to discuss experiences from previous roles. The interviewers were professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, which helped create a comfortable atmosphere throughout the interview. The conversation felt structured and relevant to the responsibilities of the position. At the end of the interview, I was informed that this was the only interview round and that I should expect an update within about two weeks. Overall, it was a straightforward and well-organized interview process that focused on understanding how candidates approach workplace challenges, teamwork, and customer service.

Interviewed with the supervisor and manager and separately had lunch with the team. all behavioral questions. they had the mindset that if you have the right personality to match our team we can teach you the job and it made me comfortable.
