Interview process was not organized. Ended up having 4 different interviews, where my questions about culture and expectations were dismissed. Was requested to tackle an unpaid project and presentation after the 4 rounds of interviews

30 minute Zoom interview with HR, 2nd step was a technical assessment (was very easy in the sense that it aligned with my background and experience but was a little tricky in that I wasn't sure if it was a trick question), 2nd interview was with an Ops manager, final interview was with director of operations. Everyone was very friendly and interviews seemed to flow well. However, I did not receive an offer and instead received a generate decline email. When I tried to reply to ask about feedback as to why I did not get the job, I could not connect with anyone which left a bitter taste.
