Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Enterprise Ireland (Dublin, Dublin) em fev. de 2022
Entrevista
There were online skills assessments, then an assessment centre and finally an interview. In the assessment centre we were given a case study and then had to work in groups to complete the task. After this, we had two individual tasks - one to present what the group had decided, and another to write an email summarised what the group had decided. At the interview, I had to give a 10 minute presentation on any client I wanted that was looking to export into any market I wanted. I had to talk about the key issues they would face, the key factors to consider, and how Enterprise Ireland could help them. There were then some competency based questions on Deciding & Initiating Action, Working with People, and Planning & organising.

Can you give me one example of a time where you had to disagree with someone?
From what I can recall the process for the international graduate programme involved an interview followed by an assessment centre. Thorough and well organised. I can't recall if all took place over one day or multiple.
