They treat younger incoming employees like a joke. They prey on young people coming directly out of college to want interviews and pose things as a 'Manager Role,' then upon calling, you have to be within a retail or sales position for a longggg duration of time before even getting an opportunity to be CONSIDERED for that role.

Interviewer/manager?? was blunt but came off disrespectful. I felt as if it were an interrogation not an interview. Before it ended I was warned of how “scary” the job was and it seemed like they were trying to intimidate me in a way? I was told several horror stories about cars being stolen, potentially working alone in Pueblo and that location is “the worst”?? Weird.
