It was a standard interview process. I never figured out what the interviewer was looking for in a candidate. The interviewer was experienced and made me feel comfortable. I felt my background was not valued. Perhaps recent college graduates were the emphasis, not those with solid work experience.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
