Not bad, 3 separate interviews. For me, 2 were over the phone and 1 was in person, although I think that most people had 2 in person interviews. Fairly straight forward stuff, they just want to get to know you better and understand your strengths and weaknesses.

Applied on the company website and a recruiter reached out within 1-2 weeks. After a brief phone screening you have an interview with the same recruiter. If the recruiter decides to move forward with the interview process you will do a shadow in a branch along with a final interview following a background check.
