Ask questions, be extremely gregarious, press your suit, wear white shirt and red tie, have a goal in mind and discuss your plan to get there. Be early, shake hands, take business cards, follow up email saying thank you for your time etc.

3 interviews for a Management Trainee. Interview with Talent Acquisition, interview with Branch and Area Manager, and interview with Group Rental Manager. Takes about 2 weeks, but the process is pretty smooth in general.

First there was an initial phone interview. If you pass that then you have an interview with an area rental manager. If you pass that, you finally have an interview with a branch rental manager.

I met with different people from Sr. Management. We discussed my past performance as well as what my plans would be at the next level to increase productivity and performance.
