I applied through a school website, took the online test, was contacted a few weeks later by a recruiter to come in for a 1 on 1 interview. Questions were pretty standard: give me an example of a time you went above and beyond for a customer, why did you choose your major?, do you have leadership experience? why do you want to work for enterprise? have you applied with other companies?

The interview was standard, and on a video chat. She also showed up 10 minutes late with no warning. I find that they were not honest about the salary (it is paid hourly, not yearly) in the job description and therefore it was misleading. They want you to work overtime and be competitive against your colleagues and are clear about this during the interview.
