The interview process was super easy. It took 2, maybe 3 weeks from the first interview to receiving the offer letter. From my understanding, there is usually a phone screen, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd interview, and then a job shadow before hiring. For me, i did one interview with an HR recruiter, and then another interview with the area manager where she offered my the position. The questions are essentially the same for both and both are pretty laid back. They really just want to get to know you and hear about your experience. The questions were heavily based on my previous customer service experience so if you do not have any, it may be kind of difficult.

very straightforward general interview questions about yourself, your experience, what you know about the company, desire to work there, whether you are competitive or work well under pressure, if you have sales experience, etc.
