Entrevista
This was primarily shadowing an enterprise assistant manager for two hours. I was given a checklist of questions to ask and was given a tour of the location. It included the following:
tour of facility
description of positions
brief culture description
trial working day
I didn't think I needed to dress professionally, but was glad I did

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
