They set up interview times in groups, and it's first come first seen. I waited half an hour. I talked to someone for maybe 10 minutes. I was told I would need to come back for several hours on another weekday to shadow employees. I have a full time job. Something I had made clear to them. I had to take a whole day off to see them for what turned out to be 10 minutes. When they asked me to come back I explained that I couldn't do that because of my current job and I wish I had known sooner. They never contacted me again. I was very annoyed.

I was contacting by phone for a brief phone interview. I scheduled an interview for the following afternoon. However, I was taking public transportation so I had to reschedule because I didn't know it would take 3 hours from Chicago! I called HR to reschedule but she told me she would have to get it approved and I would be called back at the end of the day. I never got a call back.
