It was a good experience overall. But from the things that hr and team lead told me i realised that work life balance its not important for the company . So that's why i declined the offer

Quite friendly people determined to find the right person for the job. They were quite thorough with my CV and with a nice sense of humor. The process was a bit long but it was one of the few times that i felt comfortable.
