After a friend recommended me I was contacted by the HR manager who set me up with an interview with the site manager for the site I would be supporting. The interview was very casual with some technical probing done conversationally. Hiring manager was very easy to talk to. I was then emailed a job offer. Pay was lower than I hoped but within the range for this type of work.
