Very frustrating process. First did an initial call with an OHG recruiter who immediately asked for writing samples to pass on to the team. It then took two weeks to hear that the team wanted to interview. I then did five different 30 minute interviews with each team member over the course of two days. These did get rescheduled a couple of times within 24 hours before the intended interview time. After all the team interviews were over it took over three weeks to hear anything, kept getting stringed along by the recruiter and finally got a rejection after reaching out to a team member 3 weeks after the interview. No feedback was provided. Extreme waste of time and disrespectful on their part.
