Had a phone interview that went well enough that they asked me to come in person. The in person interview was….interesting. lol they had all of your potential future coworkers sit in a conference room and just chat casually. Then the hiring manager came in and asked the real questions. At the end they promised that I would hear from them whether it was a yes or a no. Funny because I never heard back from them but they went out of their way to insist that I would hear back. Just strange, that alone makes me glad I didn’t get an offer. Also no HR team is a red flag for me.
