I would answer but he wasnt too interested in my further explanation. Next, i talked to the architect, he asked a trick question about dictionaries. He also didnt seem interested in a dialog.

You need to know someone who works there. It's best to know the owners or someone who knows the owners. If not make friends with the office staff. Everyone has a say around the office in who comes and goes.
