Entrevista
I initially sent an email replying to an online job posting. After two weeks I received a confirmation, and one week later I was asked to come by for an interview.
The interview was quite pleasant, casually discussing the company structure, how I could fit within the team and some technical questions regarding my skills.
A few days later I was sent an offer and we scheduled a meeting to discuss the details.

Entrevista
The first rounds were pleasant and easy to go through. At the end me and one other person were left, they were going to send a mail with the result.
The mail didn’t come and they ignored me as they chose the other person.
When the other person denied their offer they contacted me and told me to move (while remote work is completely possible)
