Entrevista
I applied online and was sent an automated email asking me to complete a self-recorded video interview, taking approximately 20 minutes. I was later told (and only because I asked) by HR that I did not have to complete this. She said that the system just sends these automatically and that she has too much on her plate.
HR person completed the initial screening. She was very nice, but seemed under-appreciated and overworked. She requested writing samples, so I sent her those before EOD same day.
Next was an interview with someone who held the same role I was applying for.
The next interview was with two people: the Director of Marketing and a Marketing Manager. They were nice enough, but clearly didn't know how to interview as a team. This wasn't the last step in the interview process, but it's as far as I made it.
You could tell the last two people were hesitant, but didn't provide any feedback. I hadn't heard back from anyone for next steps as promised, so I followed up with them only to receive an automated message that read: "After reviewing all of the applications, we have decided to move forward with other candidates." This read like an auto rejection someone would get after only sending in an application – not someone who had 3 rounds of interviews already. Extremely disrespectful that no one personally responded and goes to show that they do not care about people. Glad I didn't end up there.
