Part of the interview process requires candidates to do an automated video interview answering several questions. The questions were all "yes/no" questions and only provided 2-3 seconds time to answer, The video interview was literally me being recorded saying "Yes" twelve times on camera. Out of all the things I've been asked to do for job interviews, this was by far the dumbest.
