I thought the interviewing process was very good, the panel were very professional yet put me at ease. I spent a lot of time preparing a 10-minute presentation and answers to potential questions. However as far as I am aware this interview was a waste of time. Just over a month after I interviewed, I received an email stating that as I did not attend the interview, the Environment Agency were not able to move forward with my application - despite the fact I had very much attended. Any attempt I’ve made to obtain answers on why my interview was presumably forgotten about have been ignored, both through email and live chat. It really feels like all my efforts have gone to waste, even just a quick explanation or some feedback would have been nice. I have since found employment elsewhere, and in hindsight I am probably glad my interview was disregarded if this is how disorganised the system appears to be.

Interview on teams with 3 people. They were very friendly. However, it took weeks to get back re the position. I was rejected but promised feedback which I didn't receive.
