From closing of announcement to referrals being issued was a 2 month wait. Approximately one month later, I was called for an interview. The interview was fairly typical in questions. It was a 4 member panel with each asking 3 technical questions. It was an overall good experience and the interviewers were friendly and personable.

Two separate panel interviews. Both panels were conducted in a professional manner. The initial panel interview consisted of four panel members and the second consisted of two panel members. The interview process was extremely long. I initially applied in September, the first interviews were conducted in January with follow-up interview in early March. I was finally asked for references in March and only one reference was called. It seemed that I would get selected for the position by all accounts (including the reference that was called), but for some reason I was not selected. This seemed like a great opportunity.
