The internship interview process was seamless and very transparent! Appreciated the open communication and ease of coordinating interview times - there was one conversational interview which took a more informal tone - more about passions and interests rather than hard / technical skills. EVP is an amazing place to learn what it means to work in advocacy and at the true grassroots of environmental democracy.

The interview process was pretty standard - the first stage is that you submit your resume/CV and the second stage is a behavioral interview with one of the directors of the organization. They ask a very standard range of questions and talk through the organization's mission, purpose and goals.
