I interviewed with the HR manager and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The HR representative who conducted the interview appeared unprepared, as she was not familiar with my CV, despite having it in advance, and even asked me to resend it during the meeting. Additionally, the interview felt rushed, with interruptions that cut the conversation short, which left a negative impression. I believe there is room for improvement in communication and professionalism in the interview process. I mean, who would want to work for a company that does not respect their candidates?
