Met virtually with the hiring manager. This individual focused mainly on personality-based questions but came across as disinterested, as if the interview was a formality or box-checking exercise. Their demeanor didn’t match my enthusiasm, which was off-putting. I didn’t get a real opportunity to speak about my skills or experience. It was a very short interview - about 15 minutes or so.

Entrevista
It was a very thorough interview process consisting of a screening, HR call, manager call, director call, then a presentation and final culture review. It was a 5-6round interview. Each interview focused on culture fit, experience.

What is one thing about implementation that you dislike and how do you deal with that?
The interviewer was late, didn't apologize or even acknowledge it. It seemed like she really didn't want to be there and it sounded like she wanted to get the interview over with as soon as it began. She opened by saying that she would ask questions for 15 minutes then I could ask questions for 15 minutes. She stopped 5 minutes in.
When I said that my salary expectations were open and negotiable, she snapped at me and said we couldn't move forward unless I gave her an answer!
