They send you a link to answer some random cheap personality test, you spend almost an hour answering a lot of nonsense. No real interview or interaction with a human.

They call you for a behavioral interview. But once you there, they tell you that the interview is divided in two parts: behavioral and logical questions, 10 minutes in each of them if you don't answer correctly the logical questions, you are discarded automatically. By the way, it was easy the questions, but I did not expect that kind of questions in this part of the interview. So, prepared for those questions folks.
