I had an interview scheduled for the first round. Initially, the earliest available time was almost a month away, I emailed them to manage to get the interview moved to the following week. However, when the scheduled day arrived, no one showed up and another meeting was going on, and I was told that I did not show up (despite joining multiple times). I contacted them again to reschedule, and the interview was set for the same time the following week. Unfortunately, when the day came, I didn’t receive a meeting link or any communication, only to receive an email later stating that the position had been filled. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional hiring process, with poor communication throughout.
