Okay so I applied Jan 18, 2018, got my VI on the 25th and I submitted it on the 27th. I got my F2F invite on February 19 and was given 3 dates to chose from. I choose March 6th. So after I choose my date they sent me the flight confirmation, I was flown out to DFW (Dallas/Forth Worth) a day before the interview. I stayed at one of the 2 hotels they recommend so the hotel had a special “Envoy” shuttle to take all the candidates in the morning to the HQ it left at 7:45. Although the interview didn’t officially start till 9 at 8:30 a lady came in to start our paperwork. We were sat in a room with smaller “interviewing” rooms around it. We were asked to do a small writing assignment. Mine was “what was one time you had a memorable customer service experience what made it so special” after that at 9 another lady came in to give a presentation. Once she was done a couple of guys (who were gonna be doing the actual interviews) came in and gave a small speech and opened up the floor for some questions. Once the intervino actually started they began to call groups of 4 in the room, so basically 4 with 1 and 4 with the other, once they were released those same 4 got called back for a little 1 on 1 so on and so forth... once a group was all done the girls started calling the people and told them to grab their belonging, no one knew where they were going at he time. If they send you home most likely you didn’t get it although they do say you could get a CJO in your email days later, or they’ll take you to do the fingerprinting and drug test. I was in the very very last group of 4, and we were the only ones who interviewed with a different guy then the original 2 because I think it was taking too long or they had to go to lunch. The actual interview was incredibly easy and laid back, he made you feel super comfortable and was funny and so were the other 2. We were asked a total of 6 questions. Once we were released there were still some people outside waiting (they had been there for a while, I think they wanted to get us all together) no one in my group went in for the 1 on 1 and we were the only 4 in a group together that all got hired. Once we were done like 5 minutes later they girls came and announced we all got hired there was like 8 of us. Once we started the fingerprinting and drug test is when we saw a couple of people who had been taken a little bit earlier than us to start their process. I think out of 30 people at the very least 15 got hired (maybe more but there’s no way for me to know yet.)
Some tips:
BE YOURSELF!
Interact with others (they’re watching)
Relax and don’t stress they’re super laid back.
Bring a snack you’ll be there all day.
I’ve read here a lot that they don’t let you use the bathroom but ours did although if you do get hired you’ll be asked to give 2 cups of urine so keep that in mind. They do give you water though.
Please please please dress profesional. I’m pretty sure one girl didn’t get hired and her skirt was crazy short 👀

I applied online then got a video interview after that I got an invitation for the interview after that got the group interview as the interviewer knew my back ground she walked me out and another lady lied to me about they will let me know about yes or no but they knew if I make it they should give me the offer on the spot but because they are Lier they did not tell me the truth my advice do not apply with this airlines unless if you are Hispanic or American they are raciest
Smooth, fast quick. Very informative information. They have great core values with amazing benefits. Benefits you can travel the world for free! No cost. For you and your family. Very nice

Fairly easy process, there's a large presentation where they present all of the info you'll need, training will be scheduled for the next month from the interview, then they will have a group interview with about 5-6 people and you'll each be asked about 2-3 very generic questions about customer service experiences, values or company knowledge you'll all be sent back in the main room and they will start calling people to "commute" back where they came from (basically means you did not make it) after everyone has been interviewed whoever remains will be offered a CJO, you will be fingerprinted and drug tested on the spot, the hiring manager told everyone if you don't think you will pass bow out and reapply when you are clean, if you wait until they take you to test and refuse it will still count as a positive and you cannot apply to any airline at all. Good luck <3
