Recruiter reached out, met with hiring manager and then 5 other employees. Then they wanted another meeting and fly you out to NY to meet the CRO. All this for a sales job - to stick a iPad at the front desk so people can sign in. They keep reposting the position and changing the OTE and changing it from remote to hybrid.
The process was well structured. I applied online, first spoke with the recruiter who was very profesional, friendly and kept me updated very well through the process. She was very transparent about what the requirements of the team were, then I spoke with one of the hiring managers and its was a very pleasant experience to discuss my experience and their role requirements, next round was a skills assessment the hiring manager was very engaged and i really enjoyed working through the interactive session. Although I didnt get an offer I still appreciate their transparency throughout the process and detailed feedback on every step which explains how great their culture is . I would definitely recommend applying here

Entrevista
The interview process included a recruiter screening, a SQL assessment on CoderPad, and several interview rounds. The technical interviews were straightforward, and the interviewers were professional throughout the process.
My main concern was around scheduling and communication. There were changes to interview timing and longer gaps between updates than expected, which made the process feel somewhat unstructured.
Candidates invest significant effort preparing for assessments and interviews, so clearer communication, better coordination, and more predictable scheduling would greatly improve the candidate experience.
