pretty quick -- i got a phone interview and a week later they flew me up. they do a lot of testing. there's an math puzzle test and a basic programming test (so they test for apitutde to pick up more complex stuff). so for example, they give tell u what a print function does then give u some sample code and asks what it does. and the test gets harder and harder as they introduce more functions and stuff. there's also an 1 on 1 interview and a scenario.
