Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 6 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Epic (Madison, WI) em jan. de 2011
Entrevista
I first had a one on one interview and it went wonderfully. The man that interviewed me was extremely nice and was knowledgable of the company. I then promptly took a personailty test which consisted of various scenarios and how I would handle it. After that I had to complete a few forms online and another questionaire. I then had to wait 7-10 business days for a response. The next step in the interview process being flown to Madison and taking a logistics exam.

Tell me a point in time where you had to be assertive.
If you were the leader of a group of 4 others, all of them felt one way and you felt the other. Your deadline is that day, do you go with what you believe in or with majority?
Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.
Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
After submitting the application, there was a personality assessment and a technical assessment to test your thinking skills. The technical assessment had 4 parts, some of which took a long time(~1.5 hours) while others were quick.
