Overall the process went fast and well, the phone interview was just about general questions about the process, more of a getting a general feel for the interviewee than anything. A few days later i got an invitation for an online assessment, it's not something to brush off as the whole thing is really critical to the process. Then about a week or two later i got invited to the on-site interview, which was about as relaxed as could be. The technical assessment was the only part that to me felt formal, it involved completing some actually really tough programming problems on a computer. I didn't think i did too well at all, i knew leaving that 2 / 4 of my problems were no where near correct, but when i mentioned that to my recruiter when she called to offer me a job 6 days later she laughed and said "Oh stop, that's really more for our records than anything."

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
