Entrevista
They first did a phone interview and an online test - testing coding, mathematical reasoning, etc. They were very flexible in scheduling my on-campus interview and booked and paid all travel expenses. The on-campus interview was very laid back, including a tour of campus, a quick HR meeting, and discussions with other employees. There was one meeting with an employee where they ran a few scenarios by you to see how you manage multiple projects, conflict etc.

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
