Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 5 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Epic (Madison, WI) em out. de 2017
Entrevista
I was referred to this position in particular by recruiters who came to my university. I sent in an application and quickly heard back about scheduling a test and phone interview. The skills test was much, much longer and more serious than implied by all HR people I talked too. Additionally, all my recruiters knew I was coming from a humanities background and specifically suggested this position for me but I found the skills test to be more difficult than expected without warning. I believe my poor performance on this test due to a variety of factors is why I did not move to the final round. The phone interview itself was average and not difficult. I did not get a good vibe from the interviewer but I think it was more that our personalities, backgrounds, and energy levels did not match well. I feel that he was not as prepared with questions as he should have been. Had I been extended an offer I would have declined because I do not think I would have "fit"
3 rounds - with final round being multi part. You take an exam and a personality test and do a final interview, and presentation. The presentation could be over any topic.

Apply online. Sign up via emailed link for a 15m phone intro, and sign up for a round of 5 assessments that you have to take in one sitting (budget 2-3hrs). Then do the Rembrandt Profile Assessment (you don't get your results as they're PI) and that's about 40min.
On the call you learn about Epic and the role, they make sure you're still interested, get your questions answered by a current PM on the team who's interviewing you, then get told your recruiter will reach out and you'll either move on, or move "on" kind of vibe.
The process is very intense. Three or more hours of explanation, exams, and a presentation I had to create. The exams were both logic games and a personality test. I was preparing for weeks.
