Contacted by email to set up a phone interview. Basic questions were asked during that session along with information about the position (about 30 minutes). Contacted later in the week to set up an onsite interview. Was flown out to Madison and put up in a very nice hotel. Treated to dinner and a city tour with an Epic employee. The onsite interview consisted of a campus tour (beautiful campus), information about the company and position, and an actual interview with both a Technical Services person and the HR contact. The Technical Services interview was based on performance in given situations while the HR was "why do you want to work here and why would you be a good fit?" All in all it was a solid interview process and I was well taken care of. Be careful to not "drink the koolaid" but to look at everything objectively. I eventually declined the job offer because I didn't want to move that far for a first job, but I still greatly respect the company.

Phone interview with someone in the role followed by aptitude based exam. After scoring sufficiently on aptitude exam, more recruiter interviews and on-site visit. The recruiter/phone interviews were fairly standard and aptitude exam is something you have to just go in blind to
