Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Epic (Madison, WI) em dez. de 2008
Entrevista
Right away in the interviews you can see that Epic has a very relaxed culture. Since they have an ongoing hiring process and you're not gunning for a specific job position the process can move as quickly or as slowly as you like. If you are extended an offer you get to select your start date. They stress that they have a casual dress code, but recruits rarely believe it. If you show up in jeans and a t-shirt for the interview you will earn some bonus points (nothing official it seems, but they like to see that you're capable of fitting in).
The interview process will feel a little redundant. There are many layers of interviews and tests, and some of that information might not make it to the next layer until after you do.
Straight forward. Asked some basic questions sometimes a logic based question but mostly getting to know basic information about you and if you would be a good fit within the company and adhere to the company ethos and guidelines like the 10 commandments

"Tell me about a time you faced a significant challenge at work. How did you handle it?"
All interviews took place during one 4-hour session. The interviews alternated between informational, providing information about the role, and interviews where I was asked questions about time management and client relations skills and general industry knowledge.

What aspect of the job do you think would come easily to you, and what aspect would be the most difficult for you?
There are multiple rounds of "interviews". Someone wl call you to do an informal informational call. You'll then have an online assessment. If you pass the assessment, you'll be invited on campus for an campus tour and in person interviews.
