Prepare for a long day. Very kind people but the mental exhaustion of being “on” for almost 8 hours was tiring. Had a written assessment portion and lunch was provided.

The process began with an online personality test and a 2.5 hr. skills test. I went in for 2 interviews, equaling about 5 hours total. This process consisted of meeting with several different people at all levels of the organization for about half an hour each. The interviewers generally put me at ease. In all, I got a very favorable impression of the organization; it seems very employee-oriented (and client-oriented). The underlying theme seems to be that the employees are treated well and encouraged to be creative, and in turn they excel and work hard for their company. The atmosphere is also very creative, with themed rooms, painted walls, and outdoor gardens.
