Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Epic (Verona, WI) em nov. de 2012
Entrevista
Started with a very straight forward phone interview - they asked what my favorite and least favorite positions on my resume were and why. Pretty standard questions. They confirmed my ACT and SAT scores.
I was emailed within the next week to schedule an interview onsite. The interview consisted of a tour, an overview of the product, lunch with an employee, a "case study," an interview with HR, and 3 exams. It's important to remember that you're in an interview the entire time - remember that when you're getting a tour and in the demonstration. What they call the "case study" is probably the most difficult part, but I think if you're reasonable about why you did what you did and consider different factors it's not too bad. The interview with HR is straightforward. They asked about my references and good/bad things they would say about me. The exams consisted of reading, math, and coding. I had no coding experience, but it kind of "teaches" you a language as you go. They were really nothing to worry about.
