I was contacted by a recruiter, applied online, and did a phone interview the following week. The next day I was contacted about an on site interview, which I did the following week. I had an offer three days after my on site interview. The phone interview was pretty standard. Mostly questions about my background and how it would relate to the position. The interviewer was good about clarifying the job description and addressing my questions directly. The on site interview included online testing, nothing too difficult though. There was also opportunity to talk to an experienced employee in the position.
