After, I was invited to their on-site interview and asked to hear about another position as well. The night before was a dinner with a couple other candidates and a current employee. This was super casual everyone was wearing jeans. it was more to relax you for the next day and learn more about Madison. The next day was pretty easy and relaxed, it didn't even feel like I was being interviewed honestly. First there was an info session about Epic, followed by alternating meetings for both positions. Meeting with a person who has the positions to learn more about it, a tour of the campus and lunch in their cafeteria, case studies for both positions, and then a presentation for the project manager position. The end of the day you meet with a recruiter and the questions were very easy why epic, which position do like better, almost more of a discussion of my opinions of the visit. I received an offer exactly one week after my visit.
