Mostly personal questions plus an onsite. Several questions about how you would approach balancing multiple workloads. As long as you come prepared it isn't too much to worry about. The onsite is more to get to know the campus and see if you are a good fit.

Applied online after a LinkedIn recruiter reached out to me. Within ~3 days, had me schedule a phone interview and time to do online assessments. 8 days after the assessment, I was turned down for my initial position but asked to apply for a different one. 12 days after that, was flown out to an on-site interview for a full-day of more assessments, interviews, meals, etc. Offer came about 4 days after the interview day.

Describe what each of your references would say about you. What's the last book you've read? Are you an assertive person? Describe what you look for in a manager.
Lengthy, but well-paced. Feedback came at a reasonable speed and the assessments were fair. The assessments were very unique and really give you a feel for the company while the company is trying to get a feel for you.
