Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fui entrevistado pela Epic (Madison, WI) em jul. de 2019
Entrevista
There were multiple steps to the interview process but the whole process moved along pretty quickly. It started with a general logic test that took about 2 hours. The next day I had a phone interview and ended up getting called back for subsequent phone conversations twice. The next week I went to the campus for an in person interview which was a full day process consisting of a second test but this one was coding specific (you didn't need to know any language specifics just how to build a program to achieve the goals given to you) an interview with the recruiter I had been corresponding with as well as two conversations with current TS employees and a case study. At my interview they also wanted to interview me for another position so I had an interview with an employee in that position as well. I was also given a free lunch and brief tour of the campus in the middle of the day.

Describe a time when you had to work with someone you did not agree with and how you handled the situation
Straight forward. Asked some basic questions sometimes a logic based question but mostly getting to know basic information about you and if you would be a good fit within the company and adhere to the company ethos and guidelines like the 10 commandments

"Tell me about a time you faced a significant challenge at work. How did you handle it?"
All interviews took place during one 4-hour session. The interviews alternated between informational, providing information about the role, and interviews where I was asked questions about time management and client relations skills and general industry knowledge.

What aspect of the job do you think would come easily to you, and what aspect would be the most difficult for you?
There are multiple rounds of "interviews". Someone wl call you to do an informal informational call. You'll then have an online assessment. If you pass the assessment, you'll be invited on campus for an campus tour and in person interviews.
