Few e-mails with recruiter. 1/2 hour phone screen with another engineer that was unprepared and late for the call. Apparently they just sprung it on him... so the questions were all over the place. Followed up by a 4 hour online assessment with a heavy amount of programming questions (not sure how this is relevant to a position that isn't dedicated to programming).
