3 hr interview, with one hour presenation on company history one hour from your protential team lead and a case study and one hour with HR. The case study is about a rotine of a day as a typical engineer.

How would you priortize customer need with your regular duty
They first asked for a phone interview, which was pretty easy. Then, there is an online assessment that is more of an IQ test if anything. They ask some very odd questions, and then there is an open-ended programming section. The assessment has a timer, but it is not timed.

How do you use programming in your day-to-day life?
There was a presentation that happened over two interviews, a system design round and a leetcode round. Then there was an HR round that happened with a recruiter and we also discussed compensation and what would happen going forward

Heavily test based. Some calls gauge genuine interest in the industry and company. This at least applies to my experience, may not be universally true for all roles across the org.
