Entrevista
Recruiter reached out to me. Set up initial recruiter screen. It was delightful, yet all over the place and confusing. I was excited at this point, seemed like an exciting role. Set up two more calls with hiring manager and boss. Both virtual interviews they were at least 5 minutes late. They both seemed drained and very uninterested. Asked me very vague questions and seemed unprepared in how the interview would go. I felt after both interviews I didn’t learn much about the role other than what was originally posted and they didn’t learn much about me either (my fault). The recruiter originally was saying there could be more interviews which I hope was not the case for others as that is too long of a process. Combine efforts and have a panel of people for one interview. Less time consuming. The negative part was I went through over 2 hours of interviewing plus prep on top of that to be ghosted for an entire week with no communication and then an automated rejection email. I feel like they could’ve at least shared a semi personal rejection after all the time spent. More communication is better than none.
