Had a phone screening with the HR rep, followed by an on-site interview with the owner of the company. It was about an hour long. He didn't seem to be interested in my background and experience. All of the questions were irrelevant to the position itself.They were mostly personality questions. Received an offer but declined because I was unimpressed with the company (virtually no employees) and its internship program.
