Hiring is done through the company website and online advertisements. There will be at least 2 rounds of interview including a meet with the managing director and the relevant head of departments. A phone interview by the human resource executive is likely but not always. The company is looking for staff who are able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a passion for the industry.
