3 video interviews, 1 hour each, on different days. First was the team manager, friendly and personal chat. Second was VP, lots of very technical questions, very hard. Third was with a team member, light chat. I emailed the recruitment manager a week after the 3 interviews and was told the VP was on vacation and never heard back again. terrible way to treat an interviewee.

I was contacted by the recruiter via text and offered an interview the next day. In multiple interviews, I met with HR, the hiring manager, peers of the hiring manager and would be peers of mine. After 3+ weeks I was ghosted. I politely asked for an update and was ignored.
