Interview was offered in December to schedule for January (the earliest date that was available in the link they sent me) - after holidays. The company is called EpiqGlobal to be exact.
This is a 3 months contract. They are hiring whenever there are data breaches happening as far as I understood.

I was asked why I fit the role. I detailed my previous experiences working in customer service and cases where I displayed my de-escalation techniques, and was hired on the spot.
