Applied in Nov 2020 as a new grad in US. Quick initial phone interview, not much technical questions, if at all. Later that same day, I was invited for a technical interview. 1hr technical interview, 1 coding problem, it's pretty easy but takes a while; I finished it in about 40min. The rest of the time was just me asking questions about the company. 1 week later (early Dec), got invited for another interview with the team. It turns out to be all behavioral (no coding), mostly resume and my approach to stuff. Mid Dec, I was told that their decision would be made in 2021 due to them still interviewing and due to the upcoming holidays. I thanked them for the update. And I never got a reply after that. So I was either forgotten/ghosted/rejected. I thought I did well in all the interviews though.
